I hereby commission the company Triebel Waffenwerkzeuge GmbH to repair or adapt the above reloading dies to my requirements.

The costs for the repair lump sum amount to 25.00 EUR net plus VAT at the highest without further consultation. (29.75 EUR incl. 19% VAT) plus shipping costs.

If the expense exceeds this amount, Triebel WW GmbH will prepare a non-binding offer. A goodwill check is carried out automatically.
Please note that the completed form is enclosed with your shipment.
